September 9, 2010 – Enterprise Irregulars recently posted an article titled “10 Ways People Find Relevant Information” that shared their perspective of the many ways we humans seek, filter and find information that we deem important. It is an interesting article and points out some important steps in the process, such as having an exhaustive taxonomy or framework to analyze the mass amount of information at our fingertips.

Keep in mind this post is coming from the search engine optimization angle and ultimately marketing is the objective. But given those facts, it is still interesting and applicable to much of what we do as users, consumers and those in the “biz”.  It is not an exhaustive list and certainly presented on a simple level. Basically, at its core is what made Google successful, so if you can parse out a few tips and apply them, maybe the Google luck will follow?
