Dialego has launched a new social media division. This German research agency recognized that social media market research is a huge and important part of market research. Leading this new division is Annette Stucken from Unilever.

Mr. Web brought this information to our attention in their article, “Dialego Launches Social Media Research Arm.” Dialego already uses semantic mining technology for text analyses to filter client-specific information from social media, so this is not unchartered territory for them.
