Iron Mountain has opened a document scanning and indexing center to help organizations across Europe make the most of their information within stringent national and EU regulation. The center uses the latest technology to provide a suite of document management services for organizations of all sizes and from all sectors.

MarketWatch brought this news to our attention in their article, “Iron Mountain Opens One of Europe’s Largest Document Scanning and Indexing Centres.” The center expands Iron Mountain’s network of European imaging facilities to 56 in 19 countries. They provide sorting and digitizing of all types of documents, i.e. invoices, application forms and HR files. The required data is pulled out and delivered in a format that is ready for customers to use in their systems. All this is done with high level of security built into the site and legally compliant.
