The Special Libraries Association (SLA) Taxonomy Division is pleased to present several educational sessions at the SLA 2019 Annual Conference in Cleveland, Ohio this summer.

Addressing taxonomies from many different angles, workshop titles like Big Data and Controlled Vocabularies, Ensuring Semantic Interoperability and Creating Interoperable Taxonomies, Keeping Your Taxonomy Fresh and Relevant, Taxonomy Governance IRL, and Taxonomy Tools and Tool Evaluation, assure that your education is in safe hands.

Two of the educational opportunities are being facilitated by Access Innovations professionals – Taxonomy Basics with Heather Kotula and Margie Hlava will be moderating the Taxonomy Roundtable.

The SLA 2019 Annual Conference is scheduled for June 14-18, 2019 in Cleveland, Ohio. You can view the entire program here as well as register. Ear;y bird registration is open until April 1, 2019.

New this year to the conference are Health and Wellness Activities. SLA 2019 will offer invigorating wellness activities to keep your mind and body active and energized during the conference.
