Monster – the famous job recruiting website – has added new features designed specifically for small to medium-sized employers. This advanced search technology called, SeeMore, allows employers to manage resumes with more efficiency and ultimately hire talent sooner.
This interesting news was found on Herald Online in their article, “Monster® Expands SeeMore™, the World’s First Cloud-Based Semantic Search and Analytics Recruiting Platform.” SeeMore consolidates all of a company’s resumes from multiple sources in one safe, secure location. Then, using their 6Sense semantic search technology, they can search resumes from social networks, internal and external databases, etc. Monster has introduced SeeMore in France. Maybe we’ll see it here in the United States soon.
