The National Federation of Advanced Information Services (NFAIS) is offering a unique learning opportunity on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 titled, “The Future of the Commons: Data, Software and Beyond . . .”
Hosted by the Board on Research Data and Information at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington D.C., attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers and hear from industry experts.
Information “commons” is an evolving concept that has the potential for increased accessibility, collaboration, and cross-fertilization of ideas in the advancement of science.
