A unique exhibit is coming to Chicago soon that could give you a different perspective on science, literally. Maybe you are interested in seeing science from above? Or curious to see what impact one single person or invention can have? Inspired by innovation? Desperately seeking tools to better manage the information flood? Maybe you are simply fascinated by maps? Plan to visit the Places & Spaces: Mapping Science exhibit, which will be on display at Northwestern University until September 30, 2015. This interesting news came to us from the Cyberinfrastructure for Network Science Center.
By demonstrating the power of maps to navigate and make sense of physical places and abstract topic spaces, the exhibit brings fascination and learning together with modern scientific thought.
This is a unique opportunity, as it is only the third time that the exhibit is being displayed publicly. The maps and bonus materials will be on display in the Galter Health Sciences Library.
