There are many reasons to visit the Frankfurt Book Fair – the most important international trading place for content, from novels and children’s books to academic databases. Nowhere else does the publishing industry show itself in a more multifaceted, innovative and international light.
One of the reasons would be the speaker lineup. For starters, Karina A. Bolasco, Director of the Ateneo de Manila University Press, will be leading a session titled, “The Philippine Book Industry: A Roadmap to the World.” Follow that with Marcin Skrabka, owner at Good Books consulting, who will be leading a session titled, “Design, Digitalize, Gamify and … Humanize – New Trends in Publishing from the Witcher’s Homeland.”
The complete schedule is still being filled out with dozens of inspiring leaders in the industry. You can follow along here.
In addition to being a great learning opportunity, the Frankfurt Book Fair hosts creative visionaries and key economic players from around the world, making it easier to make new business contacts and appointments.
