The Professional/Scholarly Publishing (PSP) Books Committee will be hearing from guest speaker Mary Anne Baynes, Chief Marketing Officer of Overleaf and Dr. John Hammersley, Co-founder and CEO of Overleaf on Friday, July 21 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the McGraw-Hill/NY offices.
The webinar – How authoring tools are changing the landscape between author and publisher – will share case studies from researchers, institutions and scholarly publishers who’ve used Overleaf to provide a broad understanding of how each segment is responding to the challenges and opportunities brought about by the rise of cloud-technology and new collaboration platforms.
The guest speaker talks are free of charge but registration is required as space is limited. You can sign up to hear the talks in-person or via teleconference. If you or a colleague wishes to attend, please contact Sara Pinto and state whether you would like to attend in person or remotely.
