UNIT4 Chosen to Improvement Document Management

February 15, 2011 – UNIT4 was chosen by The Ministry of Mines, Industry and Energy in Equatorial Guinea to develop software to improve the recording and management of public records.

Newswire brought this interesting piece of news to our attention in their article, “Ministry of Mines, Industry & Energy in Equatorial Guinea Entrusts UNIT4 to Improve Public Administration.” The objective of the project is to address all document and records management requirements from indexing to storage, archiving and fast search.

The Ministry project is the first phase of an ambitious change program to improve management of public administration in Equatorial Guinea. Once successful, the solution could be extended to other government agencies.

Indexing documents for fast retrieval is a worthy goal. We should know; Data Harmony software provides knowledge management solutions to organize your information resources, based on a well-built and systematically applied taxonomy or thesaurus.
