PRWeb brought this news to our attention in their article, “Cloud-Based Software DynaFile™ Enhances Document Scanning Through Barcode Automation.” Many traditional barcode scanning modules require additional manual indexing to define the file’s entity. DynaFile has enhanced their barcode recognition technology to go beyond document type and capture the entity information needed for automating the document indexing process. The user will have less manual processing, which in turn will result in fewer errors.
Machine assisted indexing can certainly increase efficiency and reduce errors, but without a solid taxonomy to index against, the results can be less than ideal.
