March 4, 2011 – When you consider that 79% of American adults use the Internet, 38% of Internet users log onto an online networking site like Facebook or LinkedIn each day, and 28% of Internet users look for information online each day about a service or product they are thinking of buying – it is easy to connect social media and semantic technology. But who is driving whom?
We found this topic on Information Management in their article, “Is 2011 The Year for Semantic Technology?” For some reason, the soundtrack to Rocky started playing in my head when I read that article title.
