New Zealand-based Pingar has released its latest entity extraction and content analysis technology. Prepared in collaboration with Fuji Xerox NZ, the technology has the ability to automatically assign documents to search terms and work folders as you scan them.
It is exciting to know that metadata can now be automatically assigned to digital documents as they are scanned from a hard copy format. With the integration of Pingar’s metadata assignment components into the SmartConnect platform, users can remove the manual elements of managing, administering and searching for documents inside Microsoft SharePoint and other data management systems.
