ASME Partnering with Silverchair

ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) will partner with Silverchair Information Systems (Silverchair) to host the ASME Digital Library on its SCM6 platform.

Newswise brought this information to our attention in their article, “ ASME Chooses Silverchair Platform for the ASME Digital Library.” The ASME Digital Library is considered one of the most extensive resources on mechanical engineering, currently comprising more than one million pages.

Silverchair’s SCM6 platform can fully integrate all of content types due to advanced semantic technology. SCM6 supports scientific, technical, and medical (STM) and scholarly publishers, societies, and other organizations.
