WAND has announced their integration with Nintex Workflow. By using the DataFacet Automatic Annotation custom action for Nintex Workflow, users can automatically tag documents with taxonomy metadata as part of a workflow process.

Seattle PI brought this news to our attention in their article, “WAND DataFacet Adds Automatic Tagging Capabilities to Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2010.” Workflows can be configured to tag documents with any terminology that is stored in the SharePoint Term Store, including terms from any of WAND’s Foundation Taxonomies.

Access Innovations’ Data Harmony suite of content enrichment and thesaurus management tools can also be fully integrated with Microsoft SharePoint 2010. SharePoint users can take full advantage of their metadata through auto-classification, enterprise taxonomy management, entity extraction, and search enhancements.
