Monster, the familiar job opportunity site, uses its 6Sense semantic search technology to power its Power Resume Search. The company recently announced that 6Sense is now available in the Netherlands. This means that recruiters in seven countries can now quickly and precisely find and target candidates who best meet their hiring needs. The team at Monster worked on the 6Sense knowledge base for over two years prior to launch of the beta phase, which included extensive testing and feedback from a variety of clients and searches. Their semantic search technology utilizes intuitive, concept based searching, with a human-like understanding of the recruiting process and hiring needs. A nice use of semantic technology.
