Archive Management Systems (AMS) is incorporating ibml’s SoftTrac Capture Suite software and ImageTrac scanner in their recent production scanning and document capture solution. This interesting information was found on ECM Connection in their article, “Archive Management Systems Deploys ibml Production Scanning And Document Capture Solution.”

The ImageTrac scanner provides AMS with the ability to capture high-quality images and data from mixed documents at ultra-high speeds.

Since deploying the solution, AMS has reported reduced costs and accelerated its processing turnaround. “The accelerated turnaround and lower costs provided by the ibml solution have enabled us to bid on contracts that were previously out of reach,” explained Paul Sumpter, sales consultant, Archive Management Systems. “With ibml, our throughput is up to five times faster compared to our old desktop scanning solution. ibml’s intelligent capture capabilities also ensure that we provide our customers with the superior image and data quality for which we are known.”
