The Library of Congress just announced a newly enhanced Global Legal Monitor (GLM), which is an online publication from the Law Library of Congress covering legal news and developments worldwide.
The GLM contains almost 4,500 articles and most of what has changed will enable them to be more efficient in publishing articles by making the production process smoother.
