Digital in 2016

As we near the end of another year, predictions are beginning for what 2016 holds for us in the technology realm. Forbes magazine brought this interesting information to us in their article, “6 Predictions About The Future Of Digital Transformation.”

One hot topic is digital strategy. According to Forrester, only 27% of today’s businesses have a coherent digital strategy that sets out how the firm will create customer value as a digital business. Digital revenue is expected to increase by more than 80% by 2020, so it is easy to see where there is some work to be done.

Integration of the various digital initiatives across a business needs to take place to create a clear digital vision. Business to business (B2B) industries will start to close the digital gap with their business to customer (B2C) peers.
