Big data has the potential to give us a real-world insight into various trends and key interest points within the population. When we properly analyze the data being produced, it allows us to be prepared with regards to security. It also gives us the ability to monitor and track systems contained within the cloud for irregularities and potential breaches.
Data security is as important as ever. An organization will be in a better position to respond quickly and successfully with good cyber threat intelligence. Protection, detection and response are the keys to cybersecurity, but they must be informed by intelligence about the threat.
