The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) is seeking candidates for the position of Taxonomy and Metadata Specialist. This position will develop and implement IHG’s Enterprise Taxonomy and ensure that IHG’s digital content and assets are appropriately tagged and consistent with IHG’s Enterprise Taxonomy. They will also be responsible for ensuring that metadata is consistent throughout IHG systems and that taxonomy guidelines are communicated to content stakeholders. The position may lead and provide oversight of the work of others by providing technical guidance and/or training in daily activities as they relate to metadata and taxonomy and participate in the development of IHG’s digital asset management system.
