Artificial intelligence (AI) has acquired immense popularity in the past few years. More and more applications today have incorporated AI and projections indicate more are on the horizon. If this is the new era of the industrial revolution, AI is surely in the driver’s seat. This interesting topic came to us from Analytics India in their article, “Understanding The Artificial Intelligence Taxonomy And Its Ecosystem.”

AI is the theory and development of computer systems such that they are able to perform tasks that would normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages.

AI concentrates on programming computers to make decisions based on machine language models and sets of logical rules. Machine language is a field of study which harnesses principles of computer science and statistics to create statistical models. Machine language focuses more on making predictions about the future. They are highly interconnected and for some purposes, they are the same.
