A panel discussion on ‘Digital Transformation of States: A Modern day Face-Lift to Effective Governance through Emerging Technologies’ was held as a part of the Second Edition of Envision Digital Transformation Conclave in Kovalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on Septembr 26, 2019.
