Scientific Learning Corporation was acquired by an affiliate of Carnegie Learning, Inc., known for artificial intelligence (AI) for education and formative assessment. This interesting news came to us from Business Wire in their article, “Carnegie Learning Acquires Scientific Learning Corporation to Strengthen its Digital Literacy Offerings.”
This combination has the potential to strengthen the education technology portfolio of both entities to further drive forward their joint mission of improving student learning outcomes through leading-edge technology built from and validated by rigorous research. It will be interesting to see what comes out of this new collaboration.
