Search and findability focus on making enterprise information and expertise easier to locate and access. Findability can be a science. Much like the old adage, “Can’t see the forest for the trees”, the content volume is so dense that locating your desired results is a challenge. As you consider the strategic implications of findability for your company, ask yourself — what a findability problem might be costing you? Companies can realize a return on investment in productivity, efficiency and client satisfaction.
