Human and Artificial Intelligence

Humans are in a oxymoronic time where artificial intelligence (AI) makes decisions that shape human actions. Sounds like the making of a good movie to me, or at least a book. This interesting information came to us from SciTech Daily in their article, “Our Human Future in an Age of Artificial Intelligence.”

Dan Huttenlocher, dean of the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing and the Henry Ellis Warren Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, along with former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and statesman Henry Kissinger, are asking important questions about the rise of AI, in the book, “The Age of AI: And Our Human Future.”

Advancements are happening rapidly, so much so that there is immense pressure for educational institutions to keep up, especially as AI continues to become a larger part of everyday life. How AI will change our relationships with knowledge, politics and society in general?

Explainable AI allows users to comprehend and trust the results and output created by machine learning algorithms. Data Harmony is Access Innovations’ AI suite of tools that leverage explainable AI for efficient, innovative and precise semantic discovery of new and emerging concepts to help find the information you need when you need it.
