Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are becoming daily terminology not only for professionals but also consumers. This interesting topic came to us from Built In and their article, “How Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Will Reshape Enterprise Technology.”
These days, AI is more common than one may think, as it is being used worldwide across multiple industries including healthcare and finance. Intelligent assistants like Alexa and Siri, self-driving cars, conversational bots, email spam filters, and Netflix’s recommendations are some examples of AI on the job, so it would be safe to say that one may daily be in contact with AI.
Even in ideal economic conditions, companies still want to explore AI, machine learning, and automation in their relentless pursuit of greater efficiency. But given the slowing economy, these investments will be even more crucial.
Unfortunately, most organizations have little knowledge of how AI systems make decisions or how the results can be applied. Explainable AI allows users to comprehend and trust the results and output created by machine learning algorithms.
