Access Innovations, Inc., provider of Data Harmony software solutions, has scheduled its next Data Harmony Users Group (DHUG) meeting for February 10-12, 2025, at the Hotel Albuquerque near Old Town in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. The annual meeting is a chance for the company’s software users and those interested in the software to gather and share ideas.

“We base the agenda on client-presented case studies,” said Heather Kotula, President and CEO of Access Innovations, Inc. “We can talk all day about how wonderful our software and services are, but when our clients share stories about what they have done in their organizations, it brings ideas into focus.”

Each meeting includes a Features Update, in which Marjorie M. K. Hlava, Chief Science Officer at Access Innovations, Inc. discusses enhancements and improvements to the Data Harmony Suite. Keynoting the 2025 meeting will be Mandy May, Director of Content Management at the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP), who will share an update on the progress of her daunting knowledge management project that started when two organizations merged to become AMPP.

“It has been a really challenging initiative,” said Ms. May. “I am extremely thankful for the guidance and support of the team at Access Innovations as well as our other partners, DCL, Ariza Content Solutions, Xpublisher, and Silverchair. Their partnerships are what has made this project possible”.

The meeting will start with a Welcome Networking Reception at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025. After breakfast on Tuesday, February 11, Ms. Hlava and the tech team at Access Innovations will present the Features Update, followed by case studies presented by clients.

Attendees will enjoy a two-hour lunch break at locally owned restaurants in and near Old Town, hosted by Access Innovations staff, and then return for more client-presented case studies. On Tuesday evening, attendees are invited to Ms. Kotula’s home for a catered dinner. Wednesday morning, Mandy May of AMPP will share the story of her journey, followed by a few additional case studies. Attendees then have the option to join Access Innovations for lunch at locally owned restaurants in and near Old Town.

“If you’re considering working with Access Innovations, come to DHUG,” said a past attendee. “Just seeing the sense of community around DHUG and seeing the uses cases, what people were doing and how they were doing it, really helped me make a better decision.”

Registration is open now, with an early bird discount until December 31, 2024.
