A new application has been released that can serve as your own personal video librarian. Move Explorer by Anlarke scans the files and adds data from both IMDb and MOVIEmeter. With titles, descriptions, artwork, and even user ratings, this makes a very manageable library for the movie buff.

Vertical Search Works has launched their new VS4Food search offering for publishers. This vertical search engine resides on a publisher’s site where users can enter a query using a toolbar, and the search engine returns results from both the publisher and from other web sites relevant to the query.
Cataloging with SharePoint
Concept Searching has released conceptClassifier for SharePoint for Perkins+Will, an integrated design firm. Providing a solution for their cataloging challenge, they provided a way to organize the information stored on its intranet. They previously had multiple taxonomies. In the end, they had a logical collection of managed metadata that allowed the information to be found in a comprehensive way.
Everybody Procrastinates
In the spirit of all procrastinators, we can all relate to postponing undesired tasks. However, many are feeling that delaying the ICD-10 coding classification transition (which previously had an already pushed-back due date of October 2013) may be too much procrastination.
