Going Paperless Made Easy

December 2, 2010 – A law firm in Texas sough to create a virtual law firm that would leverage a Web-based practice management system and extensive use of social media. This goal of going paperless was made possible with Fortis.

KMWorld brought this information to our attention in their post, “Technology makes a difference for Texas law firm.” By speeding up retrieval with full-text indexing and OCR capabilities, the Microsoft Outlook interface has enabled 500,000 documents captured, with email being the most common.

It is important to choose the right partner in technology. Access Innovations is known as a leader in database production, standards development, and creating and applying taxonomies.
