Loudoun Mutual Insurance Company has engaged KeyMark Inc. to engineer and implement a document management solution to gain greater efficiencies and improve processes.

KeyMark will assist Loudoun in establishing an advanced enterprise content management solution for scanning, indexing and retrieval within its claims and underwriting departments. With the large amount of paperwork involved in their everyday business, the need to manage documents more efficiently was quickly identified. KeyMark will implement Hyland Software’s enterprise content management solution, OnBase. Hopefully this will result in reduced manual processing, eliminating printing altogether, and a seamless system of collecting and indexing data.
