National Agriculture Library Selects TEMIS for Auto-Indexing

TEMIS was awarded the contract by the National Agricultural Library (NAL) to automatically index hundreds of thousands of documents annually. NAL has acquired via TEMIS an automated indexing software that expands their indexing potential.

What is currently performed by human indexers, will be tackled by Luxid® for Content Enrichment Platform, a text mining platform that turns unstructured data into actionable knowledge. By enabling advanced content enrichment for indexing, enhanced search and navigation, content analysis and strategic information discovery, Luxid®’s automated categorization process will take full advantage of NAL’s amazing collections.

MarketWatch brought this news to our attention in their article, “TEMIS Selected by National Agricultural Library to Automate Indexing Process.”
