EBSCO Publishing (EBSCO) has acquired the database, Ergonomics Abstracts™. The database focuses on ergonomics and human factors and provides indexing for eBooks, journal articles and reference works in a variety of fields that will be of value to academic libraries and research institutes.

Digital Journal brought this news to our attention in their article, “EBSCO Publishing Acquires Ergonomics Abstracts™ from Taylor & Francis.” The database includes abstracts of articles from more than 400 leading journals plus book chapters and conference proceedings. Combine that with more than 135,000 online records covering more than 25 years of ergonomics research, and it is easy to see how Ergonomics Abstracts can provide valuable information for a multitude of specialists in many fields of work.
