Semantic Technology Company Sees Germany as Prime Market

Semantic Web and Big Data Technology company, PolarLake, has opened a new office in Frankfurt, Germany. Known for addressing the challenges of financial and reference data management, they apparently see the German market ripe for development.

Bob’s Guide brought this news to our attention in their post, “PolarLake Opens German Office.” The demand for a next generation, modern data management platform to meet the needs of asset managers, investment banks, custodians and administrators is great.

Few would argue about the growing volumes of data our digital lives have created. Many look to semantic technologies as a solution, or at least enhance processing and analyzing data. The constant challenge is the data was mostly published for human consumption and software finds it a challenge to format that which it doesn’t understand.
