Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has completed the transition to the NextGate Multi-Language EMPI. This was the solution they chose for Patient Centric View initiatives. The NextGate Multi-Language EMPI replaces an earlier solution.
MarketWatch brought this news to our attention in their article, “Northumbria Healthcare Implements NextGate EMPI for Customized and Localized Single Patient View.” The Trust serves over half a million people in rural and urban centers across 3,000 square miles in the northeastern part of England. They require an enterprise-capable MPI to obtain a single view of all events relating to a patient’s care from the Trust’s support systems. NextGate’s healthcare data management services meet their needs.
