Backupify provides cloud-to-cloud backup and recovery solutions for software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications. They are expanding their services to support backup for Salesforce.com metadata using Backupify for Salesforce.

This interesting news was found on Digital Journal in their article, “Backupify for Salesforce Goes Meta with Comprehensive Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.” By ensuring that metadata is protected against data loss, Backupify enables their clients to focus on work and not worry. This is huge when you consider that one out of three companies using a SaaS application loses data due to accidental deletion, overwriting, corruption, etc. We all know how important data is to a successful business.
