Infolinx System Solutions has been chosen by the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) – Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) for their enterprise physical records management software, Infolinx WEB Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS). This move will be taking their records management from spreadsheets to a robust, browser-based solution. Their software is available in the cloud, or as an on-premises solution..

Digital Journal brought this news to our attention in their article, “Virginia Department of Social Services District Office Implements Infolinx WEB COTS.”

“After converting more than 11,000 sensitive files from top tab to new color coded end tab folders, our professional services team also relocated the entire inventory from traditional file cabinets to a high density filing system. The newly reorganized color-coded files, coupled with functionality built into the Infolinx WEB software, enables DCSE staff to pull files quickly and realize a huge reduction in lost and misplaced files,” said Paul Robertson, Infolinx Professional Services Team Manager.
