Infolinx System Solutions is implementing Infolinx WEB for a state library and archives managing physical records from cradle to grave. PRWeb brought this news to our attention in their article, “State Library and Archives Chooses Infolinx® to Build Successful Records Management Solution.”
This move will help the client meet their goal of providing ready access to the state’s archival resources, public records and library materials, some of which date back to the 18th century. The production application will include the tracking of files, boxes, microfilm, microfiche, and disaster recovery materials. Space management is also part of the solution.
It is exciting to see history being preserved for future access and generations. Machine assisted indexing certainly makes the process much faster.
