ZL Technologies has expanded its ingestion capabilities to include native migration directly from Symantec EnterpriseVault into the ZL Unified Archive. This approach differs from that of other vendors who must perform migration in several tedious phases by converting data to standard file formats, then importing into the new environment. ZL’s DirectExtract Migration can read from multiple proprietary formats, which results in a faster and conceivably, a more comprehensive transition process.
