Text Analytics World is meeting in San Francisco March 30-April 1. If you haven’t already registered, remember that the conference covers a wide range of topics in two broad areas:  social media (sentiment analysis, customer behavior prediction, voice of the customer, etc.) and the latest enterprise text analytics applications, for such things as enterprise search enhancement, e-Discovery, and fraud detection.
