The National Federation of Advanced Information Services (NFAIS) is offering an interesting webinar as part of their 2015 series titled, “How to Conduct User Experience Research for Your Platform.”

Scholarly publishers are looking at how to conduct user experience research to deliver improved, intuitive interfaces that serve their researchers daily workflow needs. This webinar will address those needs and how you can approach the research.

To explore this topic in-depth, Semantico’s John Helmer, senior consultant, and Andrea Fallas, user experience architect, will discuss the research methods they use to help scholarly publishers and societies deliver the platform improvements that their users are demanding.
