Syndeo recently released their product, Arcanine, which combines Syndeo’s proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) technology with an intuitive user interface enabling businesses to create customer service interactions via social messaging apps. The company’s proprietary algorithm is using the AI to tailor customer experience interactions through intent based matching, which leverages semantic understanding to accurately capture the customer’s intent when engaging a business. In addition, Syndeo’s Blended AI model seamlessly combines AI with the ability to connect to a real person throughout the customer engagement.
While the technology is not yet able to perform all the tasks a human customer service representative could, AI doesn’t need to completely replace humans customer services representatives to be useful. There are many transitional steps between a human only customer service system and possible goal of one completely run by a perfectly human like AI.
