This doesn’t really surprise many people, but there are still some challenges to manage. For example, 53% of respondents wish their analytics experience was more aligned with user-friendly applications, such as those in the entertainment business.
If we look forward, the study showed that 81% of product decision-makers would provide their customers with personalized data and analytics and it should be provided by embedding those into communication software or platforms, custom-built apps or SaaS applications. This is because they believe their customers currently are making decisions without proper data and analytics.
