A new strategic partnership has come to light between Cherry Olive and Ontology Systems. This joint effort between a unified data management specialist and a semantic search company has potential to smooth the process of integration and deployment of products. This interesting news was shared in their press release titled, “Cherry Olive, Ontology Systems sign strategic partnership to assist companies to control big data.” Ontology 4 was recently launched and it replaces the traditional data integration.

I have found another taxonomy of a not-so-usual subject - band names. This beautifully designed infographic tracks band names in a variety of well-organized categories. The charts track which locations are most frequently cited in band names point heavily toward a bias in the direction of the Eastern half of the United States and aside from a short list of two, Australia is largely neglected.
