uniFlow V5 Offers New Functions

Panabiz International Limited has introduced the latest Canon uniFlow Version 5 software into the market. This new software claims to provide greater efficiency to copying, scanning, printing, and minimizing waste – therefore reducing costs.

uniFlow is a software platform designed to bring multi-functional devices (MFD) to the organization and giving them the biggest bang for their buck. Because it is scalable to any size, it is an end-to-end office management system that allows users to capture documents directly to Microsoft SharePoint. Additional features allow uniFlow to perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on the document and convert the image to an editable format, such as Microsoft Word. This extracting of text and barcodes makes indexing even smoother.
