The typical resolutions people make revolve around health, dieting, lifestyles, and learning. The same could be said for data management and integration, if they were in a position to set new goals for 2012.

This interesting topic was inspired by IT Business Edge’s article, “Integration Resolutions to Solve All Your Problems in 2012.” As an example, many organizations are trying to manage big data like some of us are trying to manage big waistlines. Maybe they should be put on a diet of no data junk. And along those same lines, integration to systems is similar to exercise for us humans. Get fit. Put lean integration practices to work for you.

I think you see where we are going here. January is a time for fresh new starts and organization. That could be your shoe closet or your archives.
