SharePoint 2013 Presents New Features

With the SharePoint 2013 public beta released, WAND DataFacet Automatic Tagging Engine is on target to provide advanced tagging capabilities to SharePoint 2013.

This interesting information was brought to us in WAND’s monthly newsletter in an article titled, “WAND Taxonomies, DataFacet, and SharePoint 2013.” WAND is also working on some new taxonomies specifically for the new features of SharePoint 2013, including entity extraction, site navigation, and query spelling inclusions/exclusions.

Access Innovations’ Data Harmony suite of content enrichment and thesaurus management tools can also be fully integrated with Microsoft SharePoint 2010. Data Harmony fills semantic gaps in SharePoint to help users take full advantage of their metadata through auto-classification, enterprise taxonomy management, entity extraction, and search enhancements.
