Strong Records Management is Required

One Minnesota county is expecting a new records management system to streamline processes and procedures for all county law enforcement and institute a countywide electronic ticketing system. This interesting information came from The Leader out of Minnesota, in their article, “Records management system will make Le Sueur law enforcement more efficient, improve safety.” The system, already in use by neighboring counties and a main city in the county, is expected to prevent redundancies.

Any records management system requires a system of indexing to create findability. We know that indexing against a strong, standards-based taxonomy can ensure comprehensive search results. Access Innovations is one of a very small number of companies able to help its clients generate ISO/ANSI/NISO compliant taxonomies to produce comprehensive results.
