There are many approaches to the building of a thesaurus and taxonomy. No absolutely right or absolutely wrong methods exist but there are some that are not as efficient as others. Some which lead to bias in the resulting work. Some which will not work with the data the client actually wants to surface on a website or data mine or tag. There are some very expensive approaches and some very practical approaches to doing the work.

Space-Time Research announced today a partnership to bring Tourism Australia data to Australian classrooms to give students experience with data analytics. Education Services Australia implemented this project to provide online, real-time exploration and analytics of the large Tourism Australia database to support the National Curriculum. A cloud-based version of the SuperVIEW analysis and visualization product which is being made available to primary and secondary school classrooms across Australia was provided by Space-Time Research.
