4.0 Release of Tagmaster Announced

July 21, 2010 – Silverchair’s latest release of the integrated semantic tagging solution, Tagmaster combines text analytics with a robust taxonomy.

KM World brought this to our attention in their article, “Tagmaster 4.0 from Silverchair”. Their automated tagging functionality for scientific, technical, and medical (STM) content is easily integrated into production workflows and live applications. The Web-based Tagmaster features a new configuration dashboard that puts controls to adjust autotagging settings in the hands of users without programming expertise.

I’m not sure how I feel about the untrained user having access to all the controls without some filtering firewall to protect the integrity of the taxonomy.
